Clarendons successfully inspected by CQC

On 26th March 2013, we were inspected by the CQC (Care and Quality Commission), the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.

We’re delighted to say that we were given a glowing report, and were found to be compliant with all outcomes/criteria that we were assessed for:

1) Standards of treating people with respect and involving them in their care.

2)  Standards of providing care, treatment and support that meets people's needs.

3) Standards of caring for people safely and protecting them from harm.

4) Standards of staffing.

5) Standards of quality and suitability of management.
