Yes, Invisalign aligners can be removed with ease, and it is required for you to remove them in order to maintain and clean them. You can also take them off for special occasions such as job interviews and weddings. For optimal results, it’s recommended that they be worn for 20-22 hours per day.
Are there any dietary restrictions whilst undertaking Invisalign treatment?
No, as the aligners can be removed quite easily and so you’ll have complete freedom in deciding what to eat!
