Your Child has been Referred to us

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We are thrilled to have received your child's referral for dental treatment with our Paediatric Specialists. Our team at Clarendon Dental Spa is dedicated to providing the best care possible for your child, and we want to assure you that their comfort and well-being are our top priorities.

Your child's treatment will be provided free on the NHS.

Appointments will take place at: Clarendon Dental Spa, 9 Woodhouse Square, Leeds, LS3 1AD

To Book an appointment

Simply click the "Book Appointment box" provided below.

• Please do try to book online by following the instructions below rather than rushing to call the practice.

• If no appointments are available please wait 24-48hrs and more appointments will be made available

• Once the box is clicked Select the option: I'm a new patient

(It will ask you to enter your childs data i.e name, date of birth and contact details, once this is done it will find the details and send you a text code. You will then need to create a password and you will receive a confirmation email. Please accept the terms and conditions to proceed)

After your registration, choose: Book an appointment > Consultations

Then select: NHS - New Paediatric Consultation from the list

* Please note there are no weekend and very limited evening appointments available*

We are genuinely excited to welcome you and your child to our clinic and provide you with exceptional dental care.

Before your visit

We kindly request that you familiarise yourself with the terms of our service outlined below to ensure a smooth and successful experience for your child:

• If you have not booked an appointment within 14 days and have not contacted us, we may need to discharge your child back to the referring dentist.

• Should you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice to accommodate other patients.

• If you need to reschedule an appointment, we appreciate your understanding in limiting changes to once.

• Lastly, it is important to attend the appointment on the scheduled day and arrive on time to ensure timely and effective treatment. Failure to attend may result in being discharged.

• Please also note that no treatment is usually undertaken on the first appointment.
