Ibrahim joined Clarendons in 2023, bringing a background in business consultancy and a degree in Management and Information Systems. Since then, he has focused on strengthening the operational structure of the practice, with an emphasis on team development, efficiency and long-term growth.
His approach centres on creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and high standards, ensuring both patients and staff benefit from a well-managed and supportive environment. Under his leadership, the practice has continued to develop as a cohesive, high-performing team.
