Implant Dentures
Implant-Supported Dentures in Leeds — Restore Your Smile

Implant Dentures
The comfort of dentures. The stability of implants.
Traditional dentures slip. They cover the roof of your mouth. They affect taste, speech and confidence. Implant-retained dentures fix all of that. By anchoring your dentures to 2–4 dental implants, you get the full security of implants with the affordability and removability of dentures. No more adhesive. No more embarrassing moments. No more worrying whether they’ll stay put.

For existing denture wearers struggling with fit or confidence, implant dentures are often life-changing. For patients facing full tooth loss for the first time, they’re a superb alternative to traditional dentures. At Clarendons, we plan every case carefully with 3D imaging for precision placement and lasting results.

What are implant-retained dentures?
Secure, natural-feeling support
Implant-retained dentures (also called overdentures) are dentures that clip or screw onto 2–4 dental implants placed in your jawbone. The implants act as anchors, holding the denture firmly in place during eating and speaking.
Most implant dentures are still removable for cleaning — giving you the hygiene benefits of traditional dentures with the stability of implants. Some fixed-to-implants options stay permanently in place. Lower dentures typically use 2 implants; upper dentures often use 4 for better stability.

Features and benefits
Eat, speak, live with confidence
No more slipping
Implants hold your denture firmly in place. Eat steak, corn on the cob, apples — without worrying about your dentures moving. Speak confidently. Laugh freely.
Preserves your jawbone
Unlike traditional dentures, implants stimulate the jawbone like natural tooth roots — preventing the bone loss and facial shape changes that come with long-term denture wear.
Removable for cleaning
Most implant dentures clip off for easy cleaning, then click back into place. Best of both worlds: the stability of implants with the hygiene convenience of removable dentures.

How much do implant dentures cost?
Significantly more stable. Often more affordable.
Implant denture pricing depends on the number of implants (2–4 typically), whether a new denture is made or your existing one is adapted, and the type of attachment system used. At your consultation we’ll provide clear, itemised pricing. Generally significantly less expensive than a full fixed arch (like All-on-4). Interest-free finance is available to spread the investment.
We are a credit broker, not a lender.
